Interior Mosaic
The ceramic floor mosaic, designed by Van Nong, is located on grid line J14, at the centre of the concourse, the 'hub' of the building. The design starts at the centre, telling the beginning of Wythenshawe as a 'willow wood', spiralling out through history, with the Tattons influence, the varied homesteads and parishes of the 'Garden City', showing changes and landmarks around the area. The spiral continues out into the directions of the four themed areas: Learning, Leisure, Childcare and Health, that occupy the building. There is a descriptive bronze plaque set at the centre.

Exterior Pebble & Ceramic Mosaic
At the East and West entrance to the Forum, the threshold is marked by a series of triangular shaped paving sections in Pebble Mosaic by Janette Ireland. The overall design is derived from the 'spinning' emblem used on the Sign Wall, and each section features ideas derived through the community workshop process and interpreted by the artist. Between the pebble mosaic sections, four strips of Mosaic paving were designed and produced by the community in workshops run by Chrysalis Arts in Wythenshawe. Sixty-four mosaic paving squares display images created by local residents as their interpretation of the key Forum themes.
